Hi, I am Ines
My career did not start in virtual assistance.
I originally worked in the hospitality industry, where I discovered how much I enjoyed working with people. I loved creating positive experiences, helping solve problems, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Then life changed.
When I decided to have children, I knew I wanted to continue working and doing something I enjoyed, but I also wanted to be present for my family. I wanted the best of both worlds, a career that was fulfilling while giving me the flexibility to spend more time with my children.
That is when an idea began to take shape.
I started talking with small business owners and quickly noticed a common challenge. Many of them were passionate about what they did, but they were spending far too much of their time dealing with the administrative side of their businesses. They did not necessarily need a full time employee or a large office. They simply needed someone they could trust to handle the details behind the scenes.
Someone who could keep things organized, manage the day-to-day tasks, and give them the freedom to step away from their desks and focus on what they actually loved doing. I realized I could be that person.
And that is how my virtual assistant business began. What started as an idea has grown into a career I have truly enjoyed for more than 15 years.
As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, I get to do what I have always loved, to help people while using my organizational skills and corporate experience to make their businesses run more smoothly.
I work with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs who are juggling a million things at once. My role is to come alongside them and take care of the details that can easily get pushed to the bottom of the list.
Whether it is scheduling appointments, managing administrative tasks, organizing information, supporting clients, coordinating projects, or simply being that dependable person behind the scenes, I’m here to make things easier.
Because you started your business to do what you love. Not to spend your entire day buried in emails, calendars, spreadsheets, and administrative tasks. My job is to help give you some of that time back.
Why I love what I do. The best part of my work is knowing that I can make a real difference in someone's day.
I love when a client can hand something over to me and know it is going to be taken care of. I love bringing organization to chaos. I love finding solutions. And most of all, I love helping small business owners create the space to focus on their businesses, their clients, and the things that made them want to become entrepreneurs in the first place.
Beyond the business. One of the reasons I value the work I do so much is because it has allowed me to create the balance I was looking for all those years ago.
When I am not helping small businesses and solopreneurs, I love spending time with my family and friends. I also love traveling, discovering new places, and making memories with the people who matter most to me.
Building a career that allows me to be there for my family while still doing work I genuinely enjoy has been incredibly rewarding and that is something I want for my clients, too. More time. Less busywork. A business that works for you.
If you are spending too much time working in your business and not enough time working on it, I would love to help. Let's take some of those behind-the-scenes tasks off your plate so you can get back to doing what you really enjoy.
You built your business for a reason. Let me help you enjoy it.
